St. Bourke History

St. Bourke was originally established by Drapac Capital Partners (DCP), an international property investment firm, to provide asset management & development services for their extensive U.S. property portfolio. Because of our unique origins, we view every project through an investment lens and navigate the crucial balance between developing great places & delivering commercially viable projects. 

Since launching as an independent organization in 2017, St. Bourke has continued to provide comprehensive development services to DCP’s sizeable property portfolio as well as a variety of private and institutional clients ranging from private landowners to national homebuilders.

 
 
 

Our People

St. Bourke has established a high-performing team of property and development professionals with extensive experience and qualifications in planning and design, engineering, development, property economics and market research, finance, and marketing. Individually and collectively, the St. Bourke team has an impressive track record of delivering and managing great places, both residential and commercial, and to-date has designed and delivered more than 30,000 residential lots across the U.S. and Australia.

In addition to our in-house team of experts, St. Bourke has developed a wide network of industry connections and works collaboratively with local consultants to provide real-time, market-specific insights for every project we manage to ensure successful outcomes.
