Since 2015, St. Bourke has helped a variety of both private and institutional clients achieve their project goals, ranging from the completion of comprehensive due diligence reports to the permitting and delivery of high quality commercial sites and residential communities.
National & Local Homebuilders
We currently partner with many of America’s largest builders, to deliver great place and property outcomes, across 14 distinct markets. We also partner with smaller local builders to provide more tailored housing solutions, typically in non-metro markets. We are now regularly engaged by builders to supplement their in-house acquisition, design and development teams and to “problem-solve” their projects.
Residential Communities
Given our in-depth understanding of the assets we manage and our capability and experience, we are usually best placed to manage the delivery of key community amenities and upgrades.
Banks & Financial Institutions
We partner with banks and financial institutions to fund our projects, advise them on property and development matters and to manage their portfolios.
Private Land Owners
We partner with private landowners to develop their properties, either through a direct purchase or joint venture arrangement.
Investment Groups
St. Bourke was created as a “one-stop shop” to serve the asset management and development needs of an investment group (Drapac Capital Partners). Given our origins, and our extensive experience in managing the intricacies of a large property investment portfolio, we are particularly adept at looking at property through an investment lens and driving significant stakeholder value.
